TEMPCON COMPONENTS & SYSTEMS manufactures Temperature Detectors (RTD) using pure platinum wire having temperature coefficient of 3.85 x 10^-3/°C and, 3.92 x 10^-3/°C. The element is round or flat bodied ceramic and is capable of withstanding -200°C to +600°C. Non-ceramic body RTD's are also manufactured. All RTD's  manufactured confirm to DIN 43760, IEC751 or GOST specifications.
